The typical, large commercial/industrial project may sometimes be subject to defects of construction, cost overruns, change orders, and schedule-to-completion problems. Kasdan Simonds Riley & Vaughan has aggressively pursued and defended claims concerning such large and complex projects and structures. We have done so in both litigation and arbitration contexts and have had good success because: 1) we have a history of handling these types of claims, and 2) we assign senior legal counsel to manage the case.
