Robert Brina earned his Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law, where he was an editor on the Board of Editors of the UCLA Law Review; and his Ph.D. in English and American Literature from the University of California, Berkeley. He graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with an A.B. degree in English literature. Robert was admitted to the California State Bar in 1985 and the Arizona State Bar in 2008. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California; U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court. Robert is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and Judge Pro Tem, Los Angeles County Superior Court. Among his published articles is "The Jury Verdict Method," Chapter No. Ten, in 1996 Wiley Construction Law Update, John Wiley & Sons, Inc, (1996) (analysis of the "Total Cost Claim" methodology in construction disputes and how such methodology has been received by the courts).
