Rick Riley is managing partner of Kasdan Simond’s Concord, CA, office and is responsible for all of the firm’s legal activities throughout Northern California. Rick joined Kasdan Simonds in 1997 and prior to that he was associated with a Los Angeles law firm, He earned his juris doctorate degree in 1990 from Southwestern School of Law, Los Angeles, and a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1984. Rick is admitted to the California State Bar; United States District Courts for Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of California; and the Ninth Circuit of the U. S. Court of Appeals. His memberships include State Bar Association of California; American Bar Association; Bar Associations of Orange County, Santa Clara County, Contra Costa County; American Trial Lawyers Association; The Executive Council of Homeowners; Community Associations Institute; California Association of Community Managers. He is an active member in Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and stays fit playing basketball and golf.
