Lisa Moreno is a Certified Community Association Manager, a designation that she earned from the California Association of Community Managers. Born in Orange, California, she attended Orange Coast College, where she majored in business management. With her certification and experience in community association management, she brings to the firm knowledge and experience managing single-family homes and condominiums that have construction defects. Fluent in Spanish, she also is adept at assisting homeowners through the litigation process, frequently serving as liaison between the owner, the attorneys, and the builder.
