James W. Fleming is an associate attorney in Kasdan Simonds’ Phoenix, Arizona office where he focuses his practice in construction defect litigation. James graduated, cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI, and earned his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
