Douglas A. Lusson

Douglas A. Lusson is a graduate of the University of Arizona Rodgers College of Law (1987). He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University, where he graduated Cum Laude. Douglas handled his first construction defect case in Arizona in 1988. Over the past 20 years, he has represented homeowners, community associations, apartment owners, developers and others in numerous aspects of construction defect and insurance litigation. His experience in representing developers and general contractors provides unique insight into his opponents’ legal strategies.
