Ken Kasdan Slated to Speak at MC Consultant’s 18th Annual Construction Defect Conference

SAN DIEGO – Ken Kasdan, Senior & Managing Partner, of the Kasdan Simonds Weber & Vaughan law firm, will be a key speaker at the MC Consultant's 18th Annual Construction Defect Conference on September 20-21, at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront in San Diego, CA. MC Consultant’s Construction Defect Conference is one of the largest conferences of its kind worldwide, focusing on all of the elements of the insurance coverage, defense, prosecution, and technologies of construction defect claims and litigation. An estimated 500 business professionals are expected to attend this 18th Annual Conference.

Mr. Kasdan's panel "A Look into the CD Crystal Ball-Future Outlook of the CD Arena-2013" takes place on Friday, September 21.
