Ken Kasdan Selected to Sit on the Speakers and Topics Committee for West Coast Casualty's 2012 Construction Defect Seminar

IRVINE, CA – Kenneth S. Kasdan, Senior & Managing Partner of the Kasdan Simonds Weber & Vaughan law firm, has been invited to join the Speakers and Topics Committee for the 2012 West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar, May 18-19, Anaheim, California. As a member of the Speakers and Topics Committee, Ken sits with the other members specifically chosen from the construction defect community to help select topics for West Coast Casualty’s yearly seminar, the largest event of its kind worldwide. In doing so, Mr. Kasdan helps select and cultivate some of the top educational ideas that assist this community's members in the prosecution, defense, and coverage aspects of construction defect claims and litigation. The Speakers and Topics Committee members from time to time will assist in identifying issues, products, technical advice, specific subject matter, et al. for issues that face the construction defect community's needs. The Speakers and Topics Committee further provides technical assistance and support for the seminars as-needed, depending on the specific needs for that year's event.
