DRI Construction Defect Law Seminar Invites Ken Kasdan of Kasdan Simonds Weber & Vaughan Law Firm to Participate as a Featured Speaker

PHOENIX, AZ – Ken Kasdan, Senior & Managing Partner of the Kasdan Simonds Weber & Vaughan law firm, will be a featured speaker at the DRI Construction Law Seminar being held September 20-22, 2012, at the Arizona Biltmore, Phoenix, AZ. DRI brings together attorneys, insurance professionals and industry experts to discuss current and developing issues and hot topics in Construction Law. DRI seminars seek to enhance understanding of the law among members of the legal community who have reason to be concerned with the expanding globalization of litigation defense.

Mr. Kasdan’s panel will present views on “Effective Construction Mediation“. This experienced and well regarded panel will address effective means and strategies for presenting a case at mediation. Ken Kasdan is one of the nation’s leading construction defect attorneys and has been managing partner of the Kasdan Simonds firm, which he established, for more than 25 years.
