Arizona State Bar Invites Ken Kasdan of Kasdan Simonds Weber & Vaughan Law Firm to Speak at Construction Seminar

PHOENIX, AZ – Ken Kasdan, Senior & Managing Partner of the Kasdan Simonds Weber & Vaughan law firm, will be a speaker at the Arizona State Bar Construction Lunch Seminar, May 3, 2011, in Phoenix, AZ. The Arizona State Bar brings together attorneys for CLE sessions to discuss current and developing issues and hot topics in Construction Law. The seminars seek to enhance understanding of the law among members of the legal community who have reason to be concerned with the expanding globalization of litigation defense.

Mr. Kasdan’s discussion will cover “Spoliation of Evidence in Construction Defect Cases”. Issues will be covered from the owners perspective and from the contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals’ perspective. Learn about spoliation – the intentional destruction, mutilation, alteration, or concealment of evidence, usually a document (Black’s Law Dictionary 1409 (7th ed. 1999).

Ken Kasdan is one of the nation’s leading construction defect attorneys and has been managing partner of the Kasdan Simonds firm, which he established, for more than 25 years.
