The Arizona State Bar brings together attorneys for CLE sessions to discuss current and developing issues and hot topics in Construction Law. The seminars seek to enhance understanding of the law among members of the legal community who have reason to be concerned with the expanding globalization of litigation defense.
Mr. Kasdan’s discussion will cover “Spoliation of Evidence in Construction Defect Cases”. Issues will be covered from the owners perspective and from the contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals’ perspective.
