About Our Professionals

All of the firm's attorneys are highly experienced in construction defect litigation.

In prosecuting construction defect cases, we utilize a team approach. A partner and associate attorneys are assigned responsibility for each case and coordinate the efforts of a team of paralegals and legal assistants, as well as knowledgeable and experienced construction and materials experts and consultants. Our practice is limited to California and Arizona, and includes all State and Federal courts. However, on a case-by-case basis and upon special admission, we have represented clients in Nevada, Colorado, Texas, New York, Kansas, Washington, and Pennsylvania.

We regularly participate in conferences, seminars, and other educational programs for professionals, industry associations, and the public. We participate actively in legislative efforts to improve the judicial environment for our clients, primarily property owners, and serve as amicus curiae ("friend of the court") in substantial cases involving protection of property owner rights. We also participate in professional associations that may be involved in construction defect issues, such as several chapters of the Community Associations Institute, the Association of Community Managers, the Apartment Owners Association, and the Executive Council of Homeowners.
